List of services

First and foremost importance is our philosophy is based from a holistic health & wellbeing perspective. It is a Scientific breakthrough in natural organic chemistry created through extensive research and development, the technology capitalises on the relationship between nature and science to effectively neutralise and control airborne and surface contamination without the use of toxic chemicals.

The product we use is a Microbial Control Technology, independently validated to reduce fungal and bacterial bio-burden levels within indoor environments. Formulated with over 20 plant actives, it is 100% safe for humans, animals and the environment.

Mould Remediation

Identify, remove, and prevent mould growth for a healthier, safer home.

mould remediation service involves identifying, removing, and preventing mould growth in homes or buildings. The goal is not just to clean visible mould but to eliminate the source of moisture that enables it to grow.

Our three-step process:

  • Step 1: Spray and kill the mould.
  • Step 2: Remove and remediate affected surfaces.
  • Step 3: Apply a preventative treatment to stop regrowth.

Mould isn’t just unsightly—it can harm your health, damage your property, and lower your home’s value. Professional remediation prevents costly repairs and ensures your space remains safe and clean.

This service benefits homeowners, renters, landlords, property managers, and building professionals.

  • Mould spores aggravate respiratory issues, especially in sensitive people.
  • It destroys materials like gyprock, insulation, and timber.
  • Mould spreads into hidden areas (walls, floors, HVAC systems).
  • Delaying remediation increases damage and cost.

Mould exposure can cause a range of health symptoms:

  • Acute symptoms: Sneezing, coughing, itchy eyes, skin rashes, sore throat.
  • Chronic effects: Asthma flare-ups, fatigue, memory issues, worsening lung conditions.
  • Toxic moulds: Some species (like Stachybotrys) produce mycotoxins that can affect the nervous or immune systems.

At-risk groups: Infants, elderly, pregnant people, and those with asthma, allergies, or weakened immunity.

Don’t let mould damage your home or health. Contact MOULD MEDICO for a professional inspection and complete mould remediation service.

Long-Lasting Internal Preventative Treatments

Misting to kill mould is a treatment process that disperses an antimicrobial or biocidal solution into the air as a fine mist to reach surfaces and spaces where mould spores may be present. We use a professional dry misting machine to spray a .5-micron dry (particles are so small the dry almost immediately) mist over all surfaces which kills all mould spores, viruses and bacteria by preventing them from getting oxygen, in effect suffocating them causing them to shrivel up killing them to the roots. We guarantee the misting treatment will continue to retard the return of mould for six months. However, if the conditions are right misting can last up to twelve months. This treatment also prevents subsequent mycotoxins from developing. Most other treatments use chemical products or techniques that can cause the mould to explode and create mycotoxins which are just as harmful as mould itself.

What Our Misting Process Does

  • A professional misting machine (thermal or ULV – ultra-low volume) is used to release a disinfectant mist throughout the affected area.

  • The mist settles on all surfaces, killing airborne mould spores and surface-level mould growth.

  • It can also help reduce mould odours and sanitise the environment.

Small Particle (Mycotoxin) Decontamination

“Small particle mycotoxin cleaning” refers to the detailed cleaning process used after mould remediation to remove microscopic residues and toxins (called mycotoxins) that mould can  create — which can remain even after the visible is gone

This process goes beyond regular cleaning and focuses on ultrafine particles (mycotoxins) that can remain suspended in air or embedded in dust and surfaces. These particles can continue to cause health symptoms and air quality issues if not properly removed.

The Process

First step is to complete an entire internal mould remediation by hand on all surfaces including but not limited to - all ceilings & cornicing, walls & skirting boards, doors & doorframes, windows & window frames, walk in robes and all cabinetry including kitchen cabinets. Secondly we utilize equipment rated for use in medical and aged care facilities including multistage HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) vacuums to decontaminate and clean spaces.
